Terms and Conditions

Here at Blooms with Joy, we strive to create happy customers through a positive experience. In order for us to do this, we ask that our customers adhere to our terms and conditions as outlined below: 



  • You may cancel your newsletter subscription at any time by sending us an email requesting to do so.
  • Although we do our best to make sure that we are providing you with the most accurate and up to date information, we are only human, and mistakes do happen. If you come across and error, or misinformation of any kind, please reach out to us for clarification or corrections. If we notice that something was not quite right, we will reach out to those effected by the incorrect information. 
  • All sales are FINAL. We do not accept returns and only issue refunds in extenuating circumstances. We have high standards for our products and strict quality control. We ensure that your purchase is in outstanding condition at the time that it leaves our possession. Once you have received your order, you have 24 hours to reach out with any issues. If something unfortunate happened during shipping, we will require a photo be sent to our email (Samantha@bloomswithjoy.com) within 24 hours of delivery. If we confirm that your order did not arrive in acceptable condition, it will be replaced.
  • With the purchase of fresh cut flowers, we understand that things happen. There are a lot of variables that we cannot control, nor predict. The customer assumes all risk and liability with onsite floral purchases. Although we will never put out questionable or old product, we do encourage you (the purchaser) to inspect your stems/bouquet prior to leaving the property. If you have issues with vase life, please reach out so that we can make things right. This will typically be a replacement of the bouquet in question. We encourage you to please read through our care instructions to avoid these issues.
  • Blooms with Joy will not tolerate harassment, hate speech, bullying, inappropriate language, or any other activity/behavior that is threatening or offensive. 
  • All on site reservations require a nonrefundable deposit with the remaining balance to be paid 24 hours prior to the reservation.

Return and Refund Policy

Although we do not accept returns, we encourage you to reach out if you have concerns with your purchase.


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us so that we can pinpoint what went wrong and how we can fix it.

If by chance something happened that was within our control, we will be happy to replace the item for you. If we do not have a way to replace said item, we will refund your purchase.

We will not replace/refund for the following reasons:

  • Products were left in a hot car, next to a window, or in temperatures outside of 65-75 degrees.
  • Vase life did not meet your expectations, despite being in line with our published guidelines.
  • You did not like the colors.
  • Water was not changed daily.
